Silvia Apartment: his apartment is full of light , on the third floor of a building which, although it does not have an elevator, has very gentle steps. Centrally located in a beautiful building in a quiet neighborhood, only a 5 minute walk from the sandy beaches of Finalpia (roughly 200m from the beach).
The apartment is 80 square meters with four rooms, a bathroom and a storage room: new fully equipped kitchen (oven and dishwasher), living room with a pull-out couch and color TV, bathroom with shower and washing machine and two bedrooms with double beds.
The apartment sleeps up to 5 people: four in the bedrooms and one which can be added upon request in the living room.
The apartment also has, upon request, at a cost of €6.00 ​​per day, a private uncovered parking space, located in front of the condominium, and two large balconies overlooking the kitchen and living room.
Small pets are welcome (cats, dogs, etc).
Bicycles are available upon request and a private bicycle garage is included with the rent of the apartment.

Manu Apartment: his apartment is centrally located on the first floor of a beautiful building in a quiet area, only 10 minutes’ walk from the sandy shores of Finalpia (roughly 350 meters from the sea).
60 square meters with three rooms and a bathroom: fully equipped kitchen, living room with couch and color TV, bathroom with washing machine and bathtub and a bedroom with a double bed.
The apartment also includes access to a private, one car garage and has a large balcony that overlooks all the rooms except for the bathroom, which has its own window.
The apartment sleeps up to 4 people in total: two in the double bed plus two upon request that can be added in the living room.
Small pets are welcome (cats, dogs, etc).
Bicycles are available upon request and a private bicycle garage is included with the rent of the apartment.
